Sir, on 17th & 18th march, I posted a querry regarding termination of articleship, but no one has yet replied me. Please reply soon.
My query is as follows:
If somebody wants to terminate the articleshipdue to some problems or due to any other reasons, then he/she can terminate the same? is it allowable/permissible by the ICAI? Suppose, the employer permits the article assistant to terminate the articleship & accordingly signs the letter written by the article assistant, then such is taken as base/considered by the ICAI? or the grounds which are applicable to the transfer (i.e.on which grounds only , the transfer is allowed, are same applicable to the termination of articleship?
please reply, it's very urgent.

termination is possible only if ICAI permits, and ICAI demand at least 2 strong reasons to terminatation
