A and B is partner of AB LTD which is a chartered accountant firm
a student is reg. under the Name of CA A and Ca A is Partner of AB Ltd which is a partnership firm
after reg. a firm is dissolve and student is working under CA B after communication with both CA and Both Chartered Accountant Give a promise to student To sign in a FORM 108
but after completion of article ship CA A is Refuse to sign in the FORM 108 Of the completion of article ship form
so Please give the solution give help to student

No solution as of now... Solution was available when the firm got dissolved....secondment was the option.....which the articled did not exercise... He rather preferred to TRUST the CAs viz. A and B.
Now best way could be to re register for articleship a fresh. (Keeping this as a life time lesson.....the studen failed to assess the RISK in doing so)
