29 April 2014 i have completed one and half of my articleship. i had a dispute with my principle. i want to take termination. please suggest me in this regard

29 April 2014 since ur in 2nd year only when ur reasons fit in icai resons then only u can take transfer bt for that also u need to take signature of ur boss.

30 April 2014 my boss is ready to give transfer. but im unable to mention the reason as it is a dispute. if my boss agrees can i mention it as leave problem?

30 April 2014 there is twin requirement as i said even if ur boss says yes then also first u need to take prior permission from icai on plain paper seeking permission for the same and only when they allow u on paper u can file form 109 else it will not be accepted.
