i am from chennai and I registered for Ca Inter and articleship last sep'12. from this month (Nov)i couldnt continue due to my health problem and long distance of travel .my employer not informed about this distance location client and he said about near locations only i may go for aduit . but later he forced me to go That locations (concurrent aduit for banks).
Now i am unable to continue and due to my family situation i have to go my native , now i am staying with my relation house, so I thought of getting transfer from my auditor and join in native with some other. i checked with institue also regarding this since i am in first year they said no issues you can join but take the form 109 signed from your employer.
When i approached my employer regaring transfer and explaining all my situation he is not ready to releave me. i requested how much i can.
pls suggest me what is the step i need to take to continue my articles.
