Termination of articleship.

21 May 2013 I passed IPCC group1 and joined a midsized firm for articleship. Now I want to terminate the articleship from the existing auditor and filled the form 109 (3 copies) and awaiting for his signature. What is the procedure after getting sign from him.

21 May 2013 after taking his signature you have to submit it to icai along with id card obtained under previous employer.

i hope you are maintaining work dairy duly Authorized by ur principal for future reference

and maintain a xerox copy of id card obtained under old employer for ur reference

and join with new employer and file 103 and execute 102 with ur employer

21 May 2013 I worked for only few weeks under the employer and submitted form 102, 103 to the institute. Can I submit form 109 nw?

22 May 2013 you cannot unless you complete atleast 6 months of articleship with your old employer

no application for transfer of articleship will be accepted for articleship transfer with in 6 months and last year of articleship
