Termination of articles

dear sir,
I joined articles on 24-4-2013 and took termination within one year and re joined on 6-8-2013,now I want to take termination and join a firm in my home town because of medical problem.. with my auditor's consent..at present i have excess leave of 53 days i.e between 24-4-2013 to 6-8-2013.
as per ICAI if i take termination on medical grounds i have to take a compulsory leave of 3 months..
my request is please tell me if i take that 3 months leave will it make any impact on my final attempt ( i.e on Nov 2015 )...
also pl z consider 53 days leave and tell me when will my attempt comes and when will my articles be competed.
at present my articleship completion period is 24-4-2016 as per letter issued by ICAI but I have to serve that 53 days excess leave after completion of my 3 years article ship i.e on 24-4-2016. ICAI in one of its letter written to me it is stated that.......
"excess leave period,if any has to be served after/on completion of 3/3.5 years of article clerk period as applicable". from re-registration to now I have taken no leave at all..
then my future leave will be 3*30days=90 days and my 53 days leave together will be 143 days how can it change my attempt...... plz help me sir..

sir i want to take termination on medical grounds my auditor is so supportive to give termination....my medical reason is urinary track infection and ulcers in my stomach due to hostel food...will ICAI permit me to get termination
