Termin ation of articleship

25 June 2013 Dear sir,

I'm Jagannath Unwane student from pune, & i want to terminate the existing article ship can please tell me what are the consequences of it. do i need to start my article ship from the day 1 or can i get the exemption for the article ship that i have already completed. please suggest me fast what should i do????? My Final attempt coming closure & i'm not getting leave & I've already completed 1 year of article ship hence i can't take the transfer also

25 June 2013 1)yes..as you have completed 1 year of articleship you cannot take transfer easily icai prior permission is mandatory

2)and you also dont have proper reason ...so icai will not accept your request

3)after 2 years of articleship you can take articleship and join with other employer as a secondment..

4)So what is the reason for taking transfer..

25 June 2013 i have already concerns my CA that when my classes will start i will not come his office, since he has another branch nearer to my class i had confirms that i will join pune branch but now he is escaping from his promise so i want to terminate the article ship. kindly please tell me the consequences of termination of article ship...........

28 June 2013 No such promises will bind over or acceptable reasons for taking transfer of articleship

you should have valid reason for taking transfer in 2 nd year of articleship..valid reasons were provided here for your reference
