18 December 2011 Please tell me whether the date of termination will be considered as a day worked or excluded from 3.5yrs?
For eg. Date of comm. Is 16/04/2008.
date of termination is 02/09/2008.
date of re-registration is 03/09/2008. Now is there any break in articles? Will 02/09/2008 be treated as day worked or not worked? Will it be counted in my articleship term?

18 December 2011 The date of termination will be counted as the date of work and in your case specially will not treated as break in articles.
