25 April 2013 if company paid to me monthly 500.00 rs (yearly 500 x 12=6000.00)for telephone exp company no require bill, can i claim same amount in income tax for standard dedication.

25 April 2013 There is no standard deduction.

However as per sec.10(14) expenditure which are incurred for carrying out official duty is exempt.

So you can take benefit of the same if you are having such case.
