We are aChennai based Firm,and going to start tea business,we will buy tea leaf from the sellers of assam,coimbatore and blend the same,pack it in our company's brand name.what are the licence required and what are the tax applicable if sells in tamilnadu,india&export

proprietorship/partnership/pvt limited/LLP GO TO THE FOLLOWING LINK:

IN CASE OF PROPRIETORSHIP / PARTNERSHIP FIRM YOU WILL GOT THE LICENCE FROM LOCAL MUNICIPAL AUTHORITY.
once you have got the trade licence you can admissible for open the current account in BANK (as per KYC RULES TOO)
NEXT YOU WILL NEED THE VAT REGISTRATION ANS CST REGISTRATION.
