While deducting tax at source, should we have to include the service tax amount along with the bill amount?

tds is to be dedcted on gross amount of bill includig of service tax

Yes TDS is deductible on total amount i.e.inclusive of Service Tax bcoz service tax is also includible in the cost of service.
