TDS wrongly deducted with excess rate

i wrongly deducted the tds of a party by excess rate and deposit the same . how will i show it in e-tds return format by NSDL. is it right to show it in the return by excess rate

Yes. You can show the rate and amount.

See there are two ways
1) show in return by excess rate
2) show the correct rate and modify the amount with actual deduction.
