Dear Members,
my client give me tds certificate a.y 2011-12 shown tds 35000/-but in 26as statement tds Rs.35000/-shown in a.y 2010-11.
i am filing his return a.y 2011-12 & tds claim Rs 35000/-but till date department not give us credit of this tds.
wheather department give us credit of this tds.
please suggest me what can i do.
