We deposit Interest by mistake.
TDS 4412+133 Intt.=4545
Can we consider total 4545 as TDS??

No, the same can not be adjusted. If you do so then there will be mismatch in you TDS return and the concern A.O.(TDS) may issue a notice for short payment of Rs. 133/-
