A website www.taxguru.in has put on its website that the Supreme Court (around Dec 29) has stayed the Karnataka High Court decision that witholding tax has to be deducted on software payments abroad.

But there is no mention of this anywhere else.

Does the CAclubindia have any information on this order of the Supreme Court
