23 February 2013 Is term/tution fees paid by the student parent to the foreighn university in New York is liable for TDS u/s 195.

Also what are the compliances should be taken care of before issuing certificate u/s 15CB & CA.

Kindly provide us the reference of any circulars or guidance notes.

No TDS is applicable for payment of tuition fees by individual.
