02 December 2011 Dear Sir,
We are Indian company exported goods to Foreign Company,Sri Lanka.

We have given certain %age of FOB Value as Agency Commission which is less from Sale Bill.

My query Is TDS deductible on such Commission?

04 December 2011 TDS is not deductible under 195.
There are various High Court and Supreme Court judgements on the same.

I don't understand what example I can give you in the above matter.

And I think you have not read my reply, which said "TDS is not deductible under section 195".
