20 June 2014 PLEASE TELL ME WHETHER TDS IS DEDUCTIBLE WHEN THERE ARE TWO TRANSACTIONS OF RS. 28000 IN A SINGLE DAY AND PAYMENT OF THE SAME IS ALSO DONE ON A SINGLE DAY WITH A SINGLE CHEQUE BUT ENTRIES BIFURCATED INTO TWO TRANSACTIONS.. THANX.

a) Single bill exceeds Rs.30000

or

b) Multiple transactions exceeds Rs.75000 per year
