28 October 2017 We have received an advance payment of Rs.6,00,000/- for that Rs.60,000/- TDS has been deducuted for AY 2017-18

We are not declaring the above receipt as a income also and not claiming the TDS in Income Tax Return.

So, can we claim the TDS in next AY, by declaring the income in next AY

28 October 2017 No. You have to claim the tds pertains to respective year even you received as an advance.
