we are taking a professional service from an Individual resident of Venezuela.
We call him to India as an when we required.
he visited to India in
April : 24 Days
May : 14 Days
June : 25 Days
July : 0 Days
August: 4 Days
Total till Date:67 Days.
Can you please suggest me the TDS criteria and process.
he is not holding PAN no of India.

u need to deduct tds u/s 195 since professional fees is paid to him
