TDS - time limit to remit

TDS deducted in the month of April'08 and May '08 but paid on 25.05.2008
Actually there is delay in payment, but i hope there is a circular/notification that extends the payment. please clarify me

Thank U for replying my query. My doubt is whether there is extention of time-limit granted by CBDT for the payment of TDS relating to that month?
