If a Senior Citizen can claim any relaxation in case of TDS.

Yes, senior citizen can claim TDS not to be deducted...
For this senior citizen has to give declaration under sub-section (1C) of section 197A of the Income-tax Act, 1961, in Form - 15H to the deductor.....
