what is Tds scrap qrtly return last date?. 15th/ 30th of next mont?.

For F.Y. 2016-17 30th of the next month and 31st may for 4th qtr..

For TCS i.e 27EQ return last date for Q3 of FY 2016-17 is 15-Jan-2017 and for Q4 FY 2016-17 15-May-2017. Due dates for TDS returns only set at the last date of the next month of the Quarter, say for Q1 31-Jul-2016, Q2 31-Oct-2016, Q3 31-Jan-2017 and for Q4 31-May-2017.

Dear Mithun, please see the link.http://blog.saginfotech.com/due-dates-of-e-filing-of-tds-or-tcs-return. Further, we received mails from NSDL about TCS return last date as above only. As per my view there is no change in this. So please once clarify and inform us if any changes made meanwhile in the due dates for TCS return.
