3. 194 A :INT OTHER THAN SECURITIES 10 % (FOR DOMESTIC CO. 20%)
4. 194 B : WINNING FROM LOTTERY 30%
5. 194 BB: WINNING FROM HORSE RACE 30%
6. 194 C: PAYMENT TO CONTRACTOR 2% IN CASE OF CONTRACTOR & 1% INCASE OF SUB-CONTRACTOR
7. 194 D: INSURANCE COMMISSION : 10 % (FOR DOMESTIC CO. 20%)
8. 194 H : COMMISSION/BROKERAGE : 10 %
9. 194 J : FEES FOR PROFESSIONAL / TECHNICAL SERVICES : 10%

ALL THE ABOVE TDS TO BE MADE AT THE RATE PRESCRIBED + 2% EDUCATION CESS + 1% HIGHER SECONDARY CESS.
