13 October 2011 if tds is deducted but not deposited can assessee file TDs statement in form 27Q . As interest is chrged on assessee for non -filing of tds statement .. when he has not deposited tax how he will file statement??

14 October 2011 Tds is not your income. You need to deposit it. Penal provisions would be applicable in case of default.
