The e-filing of TDS returns came into force w.e.f.2003. However you can refer to the scheme of furnishing of paper returns of TDS, 2005.
As per rule 4 of the scheme even you had filed the paper returns it would have been digitized by the agency and uploaded in the IT website. Therefore the data should be available in the IT website from which you can download the console file and then proceed the correction as usual.

yes i have been already tried but at traces site no conso file available for that period it is showing an error that either your original return is not filed or filed through paper return, so what i do?
