TDS return PAN NA

30 November 2010 If the PAN is not provided then tds is deducted @ 20%. But what shld be written in the PAN no. column while filing tds return?

30 November 2010 The new utility relased by NSDL has the system of accepting TDS returns with less PAN available. You simply have to write PANNOTAVBL.
