TDS returns are file every quarter

for first 3 quarters due date is over but last quarter you still have time so fill your return early before 15 May'2012

now for first three quarters, dept will intimate you above penalty wait for it but first file your tds return

penalty will be Rs. 100/ month after due date upto tax amount.
