11 January 2014 Hello All.

I have made NRI payment and deducted withholding tax on same. While filing the returns in RPU 4.1, the file cannot be proceeded as it asks for PAN no of party. I dont have any PAN number of party as the same are NRI. The section under which I have made payment is U/s 195. Kindly help in same.
