Dear All,
One of my cliet is not able to retriev the ETDS return acknowledgement. What are the sources to get the same.

I faced the same problem last year. I have called to TIN call center that time, they told me that you can get the provisional akn. no. only from TIN facilitation center where i have filed my return.
So please check with the TIN facilitation center where you have filed your ETDS return they can only help you.

Hi Suresh,
As Chetan said we also get the provisional acknowledgement number from the e tds intermediary on giving the CD ( FVU ).
If your client has filed directly then tell him to sign on and look at the FILE STATUS in the main menu.

As i am not directly uploadind can't check the menu myself.
