07 February 2009 If there is no libilities in a perticular quarter wether filing of e-tds return is compulsary or not

EX. if in Q3 no libilities and will Q4 libilities come so Q3 tds e- tds return is comulsary or not.

19 February 2009 TDS return of quarter is required only when there is a deduction of tax. when there is no deduction in particular case, you need not required to file TDS Return in that particular case.
