06 April 2009 Dear all,

can I fill my tds return that left unfilled for the September 2008 session (in case of p. ltd company), although we have no tds deducted in this session, please tell me the procedure.

but i have recived the letter form income tax office that you hve not filled you september quarter tds return. now what to do.

06 April 2009 if no tds deducted...than no return needs to be deducted...

07 April 2009 You have to file TDS Return every quater but if there is no TDS in any Qtr you have not to file any return just write one reply letter to I T Dept that there is not any TDS during the specify period
