Hi, suppose a company is considering its staff as consultants...and the company is a franchisee of a big brand and if the brand gives some amount as dinner/lunch (which employees can take) to the franchisee company to distribute among the staff, then will there be any tds on that amount or we can show as reimbursement of expenses ?
