Tds refund to minor

20 December 2011 a minor child has a income from brokerage is Rs. 120000 and TDS deducted is Rs. 12000 which is reflated in 26AS.


How can he get refund of TDS.

20 December 2011 Ask the TDS deductor to change his tds return. Insert the PAN of parent at the place of PAN of minor in TDS return. File the return of parent and claim the TDS refund in his return.
