Tds refund for a.y 2010 - 11

13 April 2013 I have tds deducted of Rs.25450 for the A.Y 2010-11.I have not filed any Income tax return from A.Y 2009-10 onwards.Can I file IT return now and get refund?

13 April 2013 You can not file your return of income now as the time period for filing return is already laps...for A.Y: 2009-10 to 2011-12.

13 April 2013 with out filing of return of income you can't claim TDS. To file return of income for A.Y 2010-11 the due date u/s 139(4) is 31-3-2012 thus now you can't file A.Y 2009-10,2010-11 and 2011-12 also because of due date expired on 31-3-2011,31-3-2012 and 31-3-2013 respectivelly.
