22 September 2011 if the tds deduction is not shown in 26AS
statement , the tds refund will be get or
not? I think it will be not get .

but i was already get the refund without
showing in reflecting the tds in 26As
statement .

pl. suggest it get by-mistake of IT deptt.
further deptt. can demand the refund of
tds amount in near future.the refund amt.
is ok as per our deduction of my TDS by
two party but only single partiy's tds
deposit is showing in 26 AS , but I get
refund against both parties .

pl. suggest what can i do for refund amt.

22 September 2011 it can't possible u got refund from income tax because the processor when u submitted TDS through challan is credited your account.After submission of 26AS it is diversified to particular dedcutee account.

23 September 2011 Hi,You have to get refund as per IT return.26 As is some times not having entries but thru rectification or form 16A submission ,You can get refund.This will never be taken back enjoy.

24 September 2011 Many times tax credit is not reflected in 26AS but it is reflected in the IT Department web and accordingly the refunds are issued. You need not worry if you already received the refund.
