18 June 2009 asst year 2007-08,2008-09,2009-10 interest income. i have received tds certificates from bank. three years tds certificates is filing one time. if refund is eligible for above three years. which form i filed if memo of taxable income return also attaching the form . Please give me the reply.

18 June 2009 if you are filling three years return of interest income then refund is applicable in three years & you will apply for refund to assessing officer in plain paper

18 June 2009 You can also claim in one year also provided you follow the cash method of accounting.
