27 May 2014 I am suppose to recv. a cheque for brokerage, amt. 500000. but the person giving cheque will deduct 50000 and will give me only 450,000/- so will i get this 50000 refund or not??

27 May 2014 whether you would receive a refund or you need to pay the tax is dependent on total earnings. TDS is mechanism whereby certain portion of tax is collected at source.
