30 January 2014 Dear all, My TDS has been deducted by LIC of India on A/c of Income from Commission under section 194D ,even submission of my ITR, amount of TDS not yet credited to my account.
What to do?

30 January 2014 First please verify, is from 26AS matched with the TDS credit claimed by you in your return, If it is matched, then wait for some more days now it taking 3 to 6 months to process and issue refund by the CPC from the date of submission of ITR-V to CPC.

30 January 2014 First be confirm is 26AS matched with TDS claimed by you.

30 January 2014 Okay, CPC shall process your return of income and send TDS refund eligible to you, some time there is delay in process by CPC it may takes upto one year from the date of filing, Some of my assessess who filed their return of income before July'13 also not processed till now, So please be wait as per my view with in next one month your return shall be process and send refund to you.
