There is no change in TDS rates for AY 09-10.

I AGREE WIH MS.SHEETAL METHA AND ADD THAT
Sec 40 (a) (ia) ammendment was made retrospectively to allow deduction of expenses in case TDS of March month not paid in time but paid before due date of return.
