Please provide TDS Rate for payment of technical know how fees/royalty to foreign company for the year F.Y. 2013-14
i will be thankful if whole tds rate chart with relevant sections and rules is also attached for the F.year 2013-14

The rate shall be 25% plus 3% under income tax act(provided the rate. Is to changed while passing the finance at).
