TDS is deducted on the basis of agreement between the two parties. if there i contract between two, then u/s 194c otherwise u/s 194I

Totaly agreed with Pushpa Raj.
You should check the status of such transaction. In case of company deductee in both case (194C &194i) tds rate shall be 2%.
