194J Fees for Professional Services as independent bill is issued by the Security agency , deduct TDS of 10% (Exempted upto Rs.30,000)

i want to clear one more thing, please tell me onwards 01-July-2010 there is thershold limit is Rs.30,000/- and for complete year aggregate limit is Rs.75000/- for tds. Does it applicable on this service also. The total amount for this service at the end of FY will be Rs.63936/-. So is there need to deduct tds on this bill or not. Please help me.

No need to deduct the TDS, if no single bill crosses the threshold of Rs. 30000/-

thershold limit is Rs. 30,000 per bill and for complete year aggregate limit is Rs. 75000/-
