Let me know the TDS rate of amount for participating in property show, paid to agency who are conducting exibitions overseas.

i am assuming the payment for participation is made to resident assessee, the rate of TDS will be 10% under category of Professional/technical services.

Thanks for the reply.
The payment is made to resident assessee only but they are arguing that the nature is advertisement only (The show conductors just cordinate the things to enable us to have advt. of our projects)
Also they are saying that other participants deducted 2% only, so please confirm
