Our Company is an IT enabled BPO. We provide data entry services and alos software related services.
Whether the TDS on the data entry job undertaken will be @ 2% u/s 194C or @ 10% u/s 194J.
Also we provide manpower to other companies for software services , what will be the TDS rate applicable on such services.
