01 February 2012 Dear Sir,

If a Invoice bill has break up of installation & Goods, then we should deduct TDS on whole amt. or on just Installation Amt.

But till now we deduct TDS on whole amt.

01 February 2012 Then no problem because u deducted excess amount than required. Just pay total amount of tds deducted to IT Department and the same amount give credit to the deductee at the time of filling of form 26Q.
