Dear Experts
Mr. A -Individual has given permission to put an Hoarding on his wall for which he will charges 15000/- PM from Our Client Partnership firm.
Query- 1) under which section TDS will be applicable? 194C?
2) Rate of TDS? is it 1%
3) or whether an agreement is necessary to give effect such transactions?
Pl. confirm on urgent basis

Yes TDS Rate 1% will be applicable as advertising Contract.
there is no requirement needed but for your legal issue it will require. So Contract on paper is safe.
