16 June 2015 Sir i know that we need to file annexure ii with 24Q for 4th quarter but i want to know how i can file annex ii with 24q as RPU of nsdl do not contain any annex ii in it. so whthr we have to attached it separately ? and in which format? (excel or word or xml)

RPU software provided by nsdl contain annexure ii in 24Q for 4th quarter. Again check the RPU software.
