Dear sir/madam
I want to know that my mother is housewife, she has FDR with bank, in that bank we have not submitted PAN card copy due that TDS was made by bank by 20%, now I want to claim refund of above TDS how can I claim that refund because due to non submission of PAN 26 AS is not updated & also TDS certificate is also not generated.
Please help me on above issue.

better you submitt your mothor's PAN card at bank and tell them to revise the TDS return.
