under which section TDS on payment for Tent & decoration services(Table,chair,madap etc) will be deducted. Whether 194C (Contractual payment) or 194I (rent for table & chair) or 194J (Professional service of Decoration)?

w.e.f AY 07-08 Rent means any payment by whatever name called, under any lease, sub-lease, tenancy or any other agreement or arrangement for the use of (either separately or together) any - Land, Building (including factory building) or land appurtenant to a building, machinery, plant, equipment, furniture, fittings whether or not any or all of the above are owned by the payee.
